Since the battle royal for all the characters would require at least an hour to think about and put into words, Imma just to process of elimination based on group. I will go first out top to bottom and the very bottom is the last person standing.

• Hiroshi - has gloves but no known fighting skills or physical prowess

• Sokka - unfortunately his mind wouldn't do much against these better fighters

• Mai - the knives are cool but she has never beat anyone on note

• Lieutenant - good enough to fight the bending brothers and Korra but not on the level of those higher

• Suki - while she should fare well against Asami or ty lee, her lack of glove or expertise in chi blocking is her limiter

• Piandao - I love him but he goes here because both Asami and ty lee could theoretically one shot him.

• Ty lee - I know I know, but if ty lee tries to chi block her, Asami could just weave and hit her with the glove. we know if you're fast enough you can dodge her and Asami is that.

• Asami - victor.

Waterbenders

• Kaki - don't know anything about him, sorry.

• Desna - putting him lower than his sister cause I like her more.

• Eska - equal to her brother but I like her

• Pakku - should be able to beat everyone below him with his mastery and experience

• Ming hua - arguably the most dangerous water bender in the series and able to solo both eska and desna without slowing down.

• Katara - while she is a great water bender, she is far younger and less vicious than Unalaq and therefore in an all out match she would not be able to match up to his sheer skill and power. he has some of the best displays of pure water bending in the franchise, no question.

• Unalaq - like I said before, probably the best pure water bender we see on screen with his pinpoint accuracy and powerful attacks. He could beat everyone below him, I have no doubt.

• Amon - obvious reasons. if Amon chose to he could solo all of these people instantly. Victor.

Earthbenders (where is bumi????)

• Su - while she is far from weak, I do think she would not beat anyone above her. Lin was able to give her a run for her money while she was unstable and fatigued.

• Jianzhu - unfortunately, cause I like him, I will have to put him here. his skill (at least from what I know) is some of the best in the franchise and his precision is probably the best, but he has no metal bending which is a big problem

• Toph - I know I know, but let's be real (IMO) kid toph or even metal bending academy toph would not beat Lin (IMO) Lin has experience on her and all of her abilities plus sight and the ability to use her agility. plus toph doesn't have any metal on her body. ideally she could use Lin's suit against her but personally (personally) I think that's unlikely.

• Lin - this is purely because of Lin's suit which has blades and wires as well as the ability to just take pieces of her armor. if she did not have her suit she would not beat jianzhu IMO

• Yun - purely because of his fusion with father glow worm (I don't know anything about it only that it happened) he goes here. He can liquify earth, is nearly as precise as Jianzhu and IMO just as skilled as Toph if not more so (pure skill IMO)

• Bolin - Entirely because of his lava bending. if this is an all out free for all, Bolin is taking down most everyone on this list with just one pit. it cannot be countered, especially by earthbenders, metal is shown to be useless against it and he can make it anywhere. so it only makes sense that..

• Ghazan - would be victor. he is just better than bolin and has far greater mastery over his abilities than him. Victor.

Airbenders

• Jinpa (Know nothing about her)

• Ikki - while she is trained by tenzin, she doesn't have enough showings to put her higher

• Opal - has natural talent and shows great skill later in the show especially with Jinora.

• Jinora - should be as good as dang was but I don't believe she could beat anyone higher on this list mostly due to her lack of aggression and inexperience

• Gyatso - I know how many fire benders he killed and he trained aang but without any concrete evidence he goes here for me

• Kelsang - living typhoon is, in one word, crazy. however from what I remember there isn't a fight scene with him in ROK. all I have to go on is his feat and nothing else

• Tenzin - IMO, best Airbender in the show and has the skills to prove it. could probably beat every Airbender below him, debatable with Kelly and gyatt

• Zaheer - without flight he is fodder but with flight he can outpace a raging avatar. with his unlimited range and speed he could defeat everyone on this list (IMO)

Firebenders (Imma take away lightning generation because he doesn't have it in the show or comics unless I'm missing something)

• Rangi - from what is in ROK she is a prodigy with high level skills

• Zuko - by smoke and shadow he is around Azula's level but a bit off

• Mako - mako can produce, redirect lightning and has high level skill, plus he could take on ming Hua to a standstill twice and beat her once, which would make him one of the best benders in the world off rip.

• P'li - while she is a combustion bender, her explosions aren't on CM level, however being able to curve them is a plus.

• Jeong Jeong - he still has the greatest base fire bending feat of a normal person in the franchise however his lack of offensive will hinder him in a FFA

• Iroh - yea yeah, yell at me. Iroh is high skill but he never actually fights anyone of importance in the show to see his skill. he isn't very fast and the most powerful base firebending we see him do is a combo attack with Zuko.

• Azula - lightning bending, lightning redirection, creating lightning balls and is arguably the most skilled firebender on screen aside from dear ol dad. she soloed Zuko and is fast enough to blitz iroh. because of her LR she cannot be surprised when her attacks come back at her anymore.

• Ozai - in a FFA, Azula admitted she would not be able to beat Ozai if they fought. iroh admitted he was unsure if he could (he can't) and even without the comet he showed immense power with that double lightning bolt crap during the eclipse (which was only like 1-10% of his power at the time canonically)

Avatars (Okay lets get into it (-_-))

• Wan - wan may be the first but his skills are nothing impressive compared to the rest of them

• Aang - I know I know, but without his AS and as the 16 year old in imbalance, he lacks the physical ability to match up with these straight up athletes. aang can get knocked down with one well-placed attack and he will stay down for a bit of time. his defensive nature has almost gotten him killed multiple times too

• Kuruk - high level prodigy and hunted spirits as a sport. only above aang because he is literally a grown man, a brawly one too.

• Yangchen - while I don't know much about how good she is, I know that physicaly she is no different than a well-trained woman. her skills (I don't know much be lenient with me) are good but not notable (I lack a lot of context)

• Korra - she is strong and probably the best straight up fighter here but she falls short in a 1v1 against ya girl

• Kyoshi - lava bending, t'sall I gotta say. plus she can heal, freeze hearts and casually moves mountains.

• Roku - probably the most well trained one here in terms of his physicality and he is the tallest avatar. but on to his skills, he has the single greatest EVERYTHING feat in the show with his avatar demonstration and is island level at base while as an old man. IMO, Roku has the best feats of any avatar even Korra. IMO IMO

Victors

• Asami

• Amon

• Ghazan

• Zaheer

• Ozai

• Roku - I'm not even writing anything for the other guys. Roku folds them like paper while drinking tea. however Amon may be a problem. if Roku does not have AS, Amon very well could win, so in conclusion, it's one of them.

@Bastion2.0 I have to agree with you with all of them except Ghazan and Roku. Roku is probably the 3rd most powerful Avatar. But, he goes down pretty easily. Actually, all of them do to Yangchen. Idk if you've read the Yangchen novels, but here is somethings Yangchen can do without the Avatar State:

• Create an oxygenless void that is able to knock out people or kill people within 10-ish seconds

• Stop combustionbenders blasts once they've already fired

• Create large airbending screams that can cause people to lose their hearing forever

• Move at such a speed that she looks like a blur

• Destroy a compound in a minute using earthbending

• Heal people on the brink of death to full health with her waterbending healing

And unlike Aang, Yangchen isn't afraid to use lethal techniques. The battle starts, she flies into the air and removes the oxygen from all the Avatars, causing their immediate demise. They all need air to live.

So the victors for the last round I'm thinking would probably be:

• Asami

• Amon

• Yun-Yun, Toph, and Kuvira, would be the ones carrying this fight. Toph and Kuvira could probably kill off Su, Lin, and Jianzhu, while Yun beats the lavabenders. Kuvira is probably a better metalbender then her, but Kuvira will probably go down from the might of Toph and the assistance of Yun. By this point Toph would be very exhausted, and Yun could easily kill her. Thus Yun would win.

• Zaheer

• Ozai

• Yangchen

Amon is known for hiding, and he probably would. Then, Asami would immediately die, from whatever any of them throw her way. She'd be followed by Ozai (killed by Yangchen). Then Zaheer vs. Yangchen would happen, which would lead to Zaheer's demise. Yangchen would start fighting Yun, but Amon would then appear out of the shadows and take Yun's bending away, neutralizing him, allowing for him to be killed later. This is where it'd get interesting. The only people who have been shown to break out of bloodbending without the use of the Avatar State are Katara and Korra. We don't know how, but I have a theory that it may be a combination of their powerful waterbendeing and strong will. If my theory is correct, then Yangchen breaks out of Amon's bloodbending and wins. If I'm wrong (which I probably am), Yangchen loses. Thus Amon is the winner.

In the end, most fights like this never reveal who the most powerful character is. For example, Korra is more powerful then all the other Avatars, and she still get beats up by her villains all the time. Some people are just better equipped for certain fights then others.

@Bastion2.0 I would agree with you on most of what you wrote but in the fight things would be a whole lot different if people’s thoughts are also included. What I mean is that a lot of the people that fight would hold themselves back from killing or hurting certain people or everyone, on top of that, people like Team Avatar would team up. If team avatar did team up, this is what I think would happen, Zuko would probably want to fight Azula while Toph would go fight by herself but still wouldn’t fight her daughters or the team + Iroh and other people she knows, she would most likely attack earth benders and when she fights Ghazan (she might win or lose, I’m not really sure sho would win) if she would be losing, one of her daughters would come and help her or team avatar will, but when Zaheer sees that his teammate is losing he would attack toph and she doesn’t even know where he is she would probably lose. Meanwhile Aang and Katara would stick together while Sokka would help Suki and they would attack weaker people who are fighting alone. If katara would see Amon bloodbending she would probably try to fight him with aang but amon would beat the both easily. Azula, who would be fighting zuko, would also win (if she was at her prime, which she probably was).

Other people would also form teams but the teams probably wouldn’t hold on once people drift away or someone else targets one person from the group. Essentially, the people who would have a chance are the people who won’t hesitate to hurt or kill.

Some people on this list wouldn’t even stand a chance so this is a list of people who could actually be able to win

The Lieutenant - Even though he’s not a bender he’s a really good fighter anx with the electrifying sticks he could definitely kill people on there (especially Ming-Hua who hands he could electrocute and probably kill her) he is also very agile but his downfall would be trying to fight Amon

Amon - I don’t think I even have to explain

Ming-Hua - She’s very strong and could work with Zaheer and the rest of the red lotus to win

Toph - She is strong but being blind makes it very easy for some people to beat her

Kuvira - There are way more powerful people than her in here so she probably doesn’t have much of a chance

Ghazan - He would also fight with the members of the red lotus

Zaheer - he can fly and attack from higher ground and has teammates

Azula - she is very strong and smart and she would fight with her father

Ozai - would also fight with his daughter

P’ly - fight together with the red lotus

Kyoshi - she could take on almost everyone in a 1v1

Yangchen - didn’t read the comics but I think I have a grip of how strong she is but she would fight alone and be targeted by people working together

I think what would happen would be ozai and azula targeting toph and then beating her with the red lotus in hiding together. Amon would also hide and the lieutenant would look for him and once he finds him amon will kill him. Kuvira would build a fortress or something to give her territory and higher ground. Kyoshi will probably be looking for a fight and when she finds kuvira she will kill her. im not sure how yangchen would act but the red lotus would gang up on her and then beat her and go back to their hiding spot to sneak up on someone else. Azula and Ozai would also be looking for people and then find kyoshi who would win that fight. the red lotus would later fight kyoshi and win. The the red lotus would look for amon, zaheer from the air, amon will see zaheer and drag him down using bloodbending and take away his bending and then kill him. The rest of the red lotus would see this and P’li would either attack out of anger or not fight at all. amon would also beat Ghazan with bloodbending but Ming-Hua would put up more of a fight because she’s a waterbender so she can resist it but still would lose to amon. if p’ly attacked out of anger she would have already lost but she didn’t she may have ran and hid, in that case amon would also hide for longer than her and when she goes back to look for him he’ll kill her.
