The amount of finesse that Ozai uses while flying is amazing. one foot, two feet, both hands. exact amount of energy to get where he needs to go and stop at will.

We don't know how well Korra, Ozai, or Jeong Jeong can fly without Sozin's Comet or the Avatar State, so it's hard to vote for them knowing they were more powerful. Azula was good, but Iroh was way faster.

Was she in the avatar state at that time @Nnnnnnnnnnnnnmmmmm ? I'm pretty sure she was. To lift three rocks of that size and fly with that power is beyond even her abilities unaugmented.

Okay good to know. Korra might be the most powerful then. If she were focused entirely on jet propulsion (she had those rocks) she would smoke Azula and probably Iroh too.

Also those weren't the only rocks she had, she had like three more behind the camera. jet propulsion like that isn't something we've seen from a base fire bender, only Ozai.

I think we see a lot more jet propulsion from Azula than any of these other characters.
