1. I wholeheartedly agree with most of the the points AvatarPhoenixGrey2 originally made about Tokka vs. Sukka, I couldn't have said it better myself. The only point I think doesn't really matter a whole lot is their argument about the age difference. A few years difference as adults doesn't make much of a difference in a relationship. Now, as teenagers, it matters more. But then again, I wouldn't be rooting for their relationship as teenagers anyways, because I would rather them not have any romantic relationships as teenagers, and just wait til they're both early 20's to pursue a serious relationship. They're just friends and I think it works best that way.
2. I disagree, but only because it looks cooler with Firebenders, and it fits their bending style more. I also don't think that is a technique Airbenders would use; they're too passive.
3. I semi-agree. As much as I love meh boi Sokka, an emotional death of a character the audience grows to love almost always makes a show/movie better. I think someone from the Gaang should've died, but Sokka and/or Zuko wouldn't be my first choice. Sue me, but if it had to be someone, I think killing off Toph would also have worked. (I know she's a big part of Post-ATLA/LoK timelines, but disregarding that, she could've been offed.)
4. I agree with this theory, but not because there's strong evidence or anything, I just like the thought of it. There's not much proof that says otherwise about this theory, so why not believe it?
5. 100% AGREE. Makorra wasn't the most healthy or functional relationship by any means, but it was dang better than Korrasami.
6. I haven't read all the novels yet, so I can't really comment on this. From what I've heard, though, I agree.
7-8. I also agree with what AvatarPhoenixGrey2 said about this, and I couldn't have explained it better. What I would like to add to #7 though, is that if Dante voiced Mako, Mako wouldn't be able to escape Zuko's shadow. Having Dante voice Iroh, the United forces general, was already weird enough with his voice being so recognizable. With the fuss it made over a side-character, making him one of the main characters would be a bad call. Since most people already see Mako as the Zuko of LoK's Team Avatar, if he had the literal voice of Zuko, he would never progress to be his own character. People would see him almost like a reincarnation of Zuko, or at least I would.
9. I agree that Azula at least should've had a redemption arc in the comics. There's not really any reason why she shouldn't have a redemption arc, nor are there benefits to not having one. It would've been really cool imo.
