@Tibhod He is the best brother. And jerk? Well, so many people do mistakes, like Zuko. I have never heard anyone hate Zuko because he does mistakes. And if you notice, except for the love triangle part, he did a pretty good as a boyfriend. It's as if people hate a character just for having realistic flaws.

What do you mean by bad flaws? Flaws are of course bad. Why isn't the same logic applied with Zuko?

Because Zuko did a good job recovering, and became a great person.

As if Mako is a bad person. What about how he sacrificed himself to save Republic City? Or how investigated in Varrick and Aiwei's case? Or how about how he held Ming-Hua and killed her (out of defence)? Or how about when he says he loves Korra even if she is not the Avatar? Or how about when he comforted Asami when she hit rock bottom? Or how about he always came for his brother? Or how about how he raised Bolin as a parental figure while it took a toll on his personality and he became stoic?
