Not necessarily. You don't really get more powerful the more Avatars you have. Experience plus Raava's added power is what you get. Raava doesn't get stronger the more times she's been in an Avatar.

If anything, Korra is more powerful because the version of Raava that is inside Korra is the most powerful Raava will ever be, since Vaatu was gone (at least for the time being)... and as we saw, Raava was just as small when she fused with Wan as she was when she got ripped out of Korra. But when she re-fused with Korra, Raava was huge.

Cuz here eyes aren’t glowing when she does it, when aang does anything in the avatar state his eyes are glowing all the way

But her eyes still glowed so she did go in the avatar state to do that. It doesn't make sense for her eyes to glow if she wasn't in the avatar state.

@Zacatero they said that the avatar state is when past avatars focus their energy through you. So aang is the strongest avatar since he had the most people focusing through him. Korra is the weakest since Wan.

Yes Korra has no avatar's inside her because she lost her connection to all the past avatars
