Can waterbenders only bend water. We know they can bend water, blood and other stuff like mud which has water in it(maybe even paint). But can they bend liquid nitrogen, methane and ethane etc. I'm pretty sure those liquids have some water in them.
I think that the fact that the swampbenders can bend plants because there is water in them and that bloodbending is possible for waterbenders, means that they can bend anything with a substantial amount of water in it.
