But I still think that katara could win besides each one of them are masters of there own element each element has its own strengths and weakness

Keep in mind that Zuko and Katara, alone (for the fact that Azula cheated), could face off Azula.

However, Katara outsmarted her using her knowledge of the arena, so it would really depend what setting they are in (especially since Katara can't just go "WOOSH WATER FROM MA PALMS").

As for Zuko, Azula went crazy, and he coulda beat her had she not cheated, so I think Zuko takes it for beating out Katara in a battle. At least in the final episode.
