Ok, who else would change in ATLA where we can find out about Zuko's mom? I read the comics, but it would have been nice if it was in the series.

I know. Look, I am Vietnamese, and I have seen little things Avatar has included, but the culture is so heavily influenced by Chinese culture, that that these things are unnoticeable, and people would just think the are "Chinese"! I don't like how they mixed my culture with a culture different then mine, so all these other Non-Asian viewers will think Asian is only Japanese and Chinese. They should change that.

^I can see why you're offended by that, but I don't think the creators were trying to say that. I think they tried to take from different Eastern cultures and blend them into their own world. The Fire Nation seems to be primarily based off Japan, while the Earth Kingdom, being so large, has more diversity, being primarily based on China and little bits of Korea. Some things, like the Kyoshi Warriors for example, are sort of a blend, as if to create something unique (they have Chinese opera paint and seem to otherwise remember Samurai). I'm not Asian, so I guess I shouldn't speak, but yeah I get it

I watched ATLA because I heard that Zuko's character arc was good. The show was great! But I expected higher of Zuko's character arc...I think it is an OK character arc, and I would change some of it.

Make Sokka a bender and change the title to Sokka and his good friend the Avatar. And 1 thing from Korra is that I would make it a little more dark and violent.
