Azula because I've been through losing my sense of normality and slipping to (almost) insanity (This was about 3yrs ago, I'm good now my dudes)

But I feel like Aang, Iroh and Katara all suffered badly with their losses. (I didn't include Sokka because whilst he was sad about losing his mother, he wasn't as traumatised as Katara was.)

@Milkmannorris I understand. SInce you've gone through what Azula went through, you understand her pain, and how much she suffered because you went through the same experience. I'm so sorry to hear that happened. I m glad you're doing much better now.

Ok I picked azula.

I would honestly pick Aang. Do go what he went through and finding out it was because the Fire Nation was trying to kill him makes it 100 Times Worse, and then handling the responsibility of not only being the Avatar, but also The Last Airbender. He lost all of his friends, his father figures, everyone he knew, and grew up with, gone.

I think Katara and Sokka suffered the most since the others were able to solve their problems, Zuko found his mother and had Iroh, Toph solved the problems with her parents, Iroh has Zuko, and Aang reincarnated his love for Katara , but Katara and Sokka had to accept that their mother died.

I know, it was hard for him but don’t you think it would have been worse if he was there? If he went though watching his family die and all his people I think it would have been worse. But aang got over it after a couple episodes, but mental health is just... it’s more to me. Just an opinion.
