I think both ships are amazing. While imo Katara and Aang are meant be together and are very cute, I'm a little more inclined toward Zutara. I don't want to convince anybody of anything, but imo great Zutara moments that prove they can have an amazing relationship are in the Crystal Catacomb, when they relate over the loss of their mothers and Katara understands him better and tries to heal his scar, everything in the Southern Raiders episode, but I'll still highlight how much Zuko wanted her to forgive him, how they worked together and developed a strong bond and the hug she gave him❤️ I also think that something great for Zutara is when Zuko asks her if she wants to go with him to the Fire Nation during Sozin's Comet, how he sacrifices for her and how she cries and thanks him after she heals him.
