<p>Hi everyone. Look, there is a short story in "The Lost Adventures" comic that called "Sleepbending". Here is a link:

</p><p>Because I think, and I guess you too, that all what we saw in both series, did not make possible bending in sleep. Bending requires minimum of concentration.

<p>I think it is canon because I am pretty sure all Lost Adventures apart from the last two are canonical. As for not being able to bend in your sleep, that has not been disproved so is still a possibility, but please correct me if I am wrong.

I pretty sure this is impossible. Although it was never saying explicitly, a bender can't bend without minimum of concentration. If it was not this way, we would have seen benders that bend every movements!
