<p>How Bumi get so old???
</p><p>This question also goes to all the super-old people in Avatar - Guru Pathik for example.
</p><p>So how they are so old?
</p><p>Once I found a quote from the creators about this, and they said there that Bumi and Pathik are so old because they knew how to keep the chi flowing (the chi's theory says that the reason for the diseases, aging and all, is because problems with the chi and its flow).
</p><p>Answer, please?
</p><p>If anyone knows about this quote, or another source that prove this theory in connection with Avatar, I will be glad to hear.

Rise of Kyoshi reveals that there is a technique that allows one to slow down their rate of aging.
