<p>Korra and Asami ought to break off their romantic relationship in this trilogy. You see, I'm the type of person who believes in relationships between a man and a woman. And because this Korrasami thing is so popular, I've always been... well, jealous.

<p>I agree with most of this post except that while I accepted Makorra I was never all that fond of it, & if there's anything I feel bad for Mako over, it's the writers making him look like a total douche. As with pretty much all of the characters, a lot of the hate he gets is unfair or exaggerated, but a lot of it sure isn't. Honestly, Korrasami was better for Mako too, the Mako of Books 3 & 4 is a much better, more mature character than the Mako who was trying to string along 2 different girls. If his positive development continues, rather than regressing to the status quo, he could be a genuinely likeable character. </p>

<p>Just as a reminder: while everyone is allowed to voice their opinion on this wiki, we do have a discussion policy, which limits that freedom of speech with a simple thing called "respect". That includes respect to all sexual orientations and thus bans homophobic comments. As such, everyone is welcome to dislike Korrasami and they can even voice that opinion, but continuing to "argue" that opinion with "arguments" that are increasingly homophobic is not something we condone here. Love is love, it's as simple as that.
