</p><p>Personally, I don't think it matters. Korra isn't defined by her relationship status. She has her own identity and it ultimately have little consequence who she 'ends up with'.
</p><p>Within the context of cannon, she is currently romantically involved with Asami. Since that's who she chose to be with, I don't see a reason to not accept how she wants to live her life.
</p><p>If you're talking about transformative works (i.e. fanfiction), then I guess there isn't any right or wrong answer since it's subject to personal preferences. Just know that transformative works aren't the same as curative works or derivative works. Also transformative works as an entity is subject to personal preference as some people will accept it and others would like to restrict themselves to purely curative or derivative side of a fandom.
