<p>What the hell happened to them? Their skills didn't disappear just because their leader turned out to be a lying hypocritical traitor. Surely their abilities and equipment could have netted them some kind of employment, which the lack of was part of the reason they joined in the first place. They wouldn't even have to work with benders. Varrick is unscrumpulous in his hiring practices, and he could use body guards that can make short work of the triads.

<p>After Korra caught Amon in being a bender, the Equalists lost much power and many supporters, though remaining members kept a low profile underground Republic City, rebuilding their strength. After Harmonic Convergence, they came into contact with a guy named Hundun, who promised them a new world order, free from bending and he became their new leader, until Korra defeated him as well.Â
