<p>I can't find anything specifically confirming or refuting that, but I also can't find anything confirming that's actually Antonucci, or that even if it is, Antonucci has ever worked with Nickelodeon. Plus, those clearly are not concept arts. Whomever it is, they have 3 articles, all of which are about supposed TV show revivals happening a few years down the road. Yet the only one I can find corroboration for is the Rocko's Modern Life movie.

With Nick's current mindset of reviving old 90s-2000s shows, it wouldn't be surprised if they did revived ATLA, albeit something that's definitely not costly like Korra and one that can appeal to younger children. Maybe they'll release a spin-off show about Momo, "Adventures of Momo". </p>
