In my reply that had been lost somehow, I said that I didn't see where the antifan thing came from, but the blog is definitely a cry for attention.

Because it's not just that 1 page, there are "I'm so amazing, follow me!" comments permeating the entire blog. There's also a lot of stuff like making a clickbait title about some current event just to segue into what games he wants, or a post that basically just says "stop using the word racism," & another that quite literally just says "bored" several times.

I really don't want to look at that skull-hurtingly asinine blog again...but I could have sworn they claimed that The Legend of Korra (if not the entire franchise) was "just bad" or something (with no explanation of what they didn't like about it, no less) several times over. Hence, "antifan."

But even if it weren't for that: between what you've listed, and the entire specific post in question apparently depending on the hope that the phrase "too mainstream" would become funnier via constant repetition? That's why I'd be far more likely to be amused at a joke at the blogger's expense than any that they could make.

I throw my brain cells away reading as much fanfiction as I can whenever something canon doesn't meet my standards. Also, what did you mean when you used the word "adorbs"? Were you referring to another word? Did you mean "adorable"?

I missed this earlier, but:

- Yes, it means "adorable." That Korra's reincarnation OC is absolutely precious and I want to ruffle his hair.
- That Tumblr post wasn't canon; in fact, calling it fanfic (which usually implies something that at very least comes from a place of appreciation) would probably be more credit than it merits. It was an attempt at a joke—and, at least in my opinion, an unfunny and inane one at that—from someone who actually seems to dislike the Avatar franchise. (In fact, "unfunny and inane joke" is a fairly accurate description of the entire blog.)
