<p>Yea their opinons do mater, just as anyone elses opinons matter in there day and age. However, we should not look at a few vocal radicals to set the tone of the entire nation. We should look at the consensus of the people of the nation, the proponents for that nation, and its leaders. If we look at all the people who fough against the opression of the the old EK and Kuviras EE it is clear that they want some kind of democracy. If Wu, Korra, and all the others involved ith this decision think the is the best way to give people a voice than it is probably the best way.
