<p>Am I the only one who believes that Korrasami is the most rushed and underdeveloped relationship in all of Avatar? I'm not even kidding. Soooo many people in the Avatar fandom seem to ship Korrasami even though they was absolutely no build up (they could hardly be classified as friends in Book One and I'm not sure they ever even shared a scene together in Book Two). In the first episode of Book Three Bryke pretends that Korra and Asami have been best friends the entire time, and they won't let Mako get between their bond (Where does this come from? Where's the build up? When did they become friends?). And when Korra only writes to Asami during her time in the South Pole... what? Why does she not write to Mako or Bolin or Tenzin? I mean, I wouldn't hate this nearly as much if we were given some BUILD UP. A lot of people seem to ship Korrasami simply because they want an LGBT relationship on the show, but they refuse to acknowledge how little sense that ship makes. Am I crazy? What are your thoughts?

<p>I never really bought that it was the network that wouldn't allow them to be shown entering a relationship. The first series heavily featured topics like war and genocide. LOK itself featured a murder-suicide, death by asphyxiation, electrocution, blowing a women's head up, etc. The network will allow all of that to be shown, but they won't let two girls be shown in a relationship?
