They were in hiding for all that time why not try break them out? I mean the security wasnt so high especially at ghazan and zaheers prison.

Zaheer and Aiwei were capable for traveling to Spirit World by meditating and communicate there. There must have been more Red Lotus members capable for that too.

<p>It makes you think, that if Zaheer can meditate well enough to go to the Spirit World, he can somewhat go around his imprisonment since he can roam elsewhere. Fishy isn't it?

<p>This is where Aang's absurd idea on how to beat Ozai can come in handy. First, you pin Zaheer in a compromising position with glue bending to disrupt his focus, then you post nude pictures of P'Li around his cell to prevent him from flying and stay attached to his "worldly desires". Disturbing enough? lolololol </p>
