<p>P'Li has just as much raw power as Combustion Man does... </p><p>and no, her shots are <i>way </i>more concentrated. </p><p>And she can firebend conventionally. </p><p>This is no contest. Combustion Man is no match for P'Li. </p>

<p>P'Li is capable of shooting extremely powerful combustion beams if she wants too and she can firebend regularly... </p><p>But I've noticed how her fighting style revolves around absorbing/cancelling out fireblasts to save up for combustion beams. It seems she prefers weaker, yet controllable combustionbending rather than regular firebending. </p>

<p>So, who do you think wins? I do agree that P'Li controls her shots better, but at the same time, this is a safer bet. Because notice how many times Combustion Man ended up hurting himself due to lack of self control. </p><p>
