<p>Does anybody else think that hou-ting may try to kill korra in order to have the avatar spirit reborn into the earth kingdom so she can use the next earth avatar to her will and take back the united republic with him/her?

<p>No. I mean she might live a long time, but hopefully she could be dead. Given how old she looks, yeah she should be dead. Bookie lived over a hundred years though. So you never know.

<p>What im asking is, since Korra is in the earth queens custody, do you think Hou-Ting will try to murder Korra so she can have a ultra powerful weapon in her army to take back the united republic?

<p>I dont think so. If anyone outside of Ba Sing Se found out that she killed Korra/ the Avatar, there would be so much backlash from nations around the world. The White Lotus woul try and have her removed, along with other leaders of the world. Not to mention her own people might rebel against her from hearing that she did such an evil thing. </p>
