<p>Well, I hope there could be non-bending villain who is like Taskmaster. This kind of villain would have photographic reflexes and be able to anticipate every one of the Avatar's move. Now that would be a real challenge. Amon was a bloodbender, and the chi blockers were kinda a joke. Now unlike chi blockers, a non bending villain with photographic reflexes would be able to learn Korra's moves and attacks very instantaneously, and be able to predict Korra's next attack. </p>

<p>I do hope Hiroshi's return signifies a non-bending villain. After Season 3 ended, I started wondering how Zaheer was the leader of the Red Lotus, but didn't have bending prior to Harmonic Convergence. There's definitely potential to set up a non-bending villian!! And it would work perfectly with the Book's title: Balance. Balance between the four nations, between spirit and humans, between benders and non-benders!! </p><p>But on a side note, I hope we don't end up seeing more of Hiroshi's mechas. I'd be more keen to see some close-combat stuff. </p>

I'm just glad Asami's character arc is done </p><p>maybe the comics, will show a non-bending villain and its quite a shame, how there was never true balance between benders and non-benders </p><p>also Republic City is soon going to expand, and the Earth Kingdom is now a republic. Baatar Jr and Kuvira are going to prison, i do wonder what happens to the rest of her army </p><p>so much stuff i want to see happen, if only we had more episodes </p>

Kuvira's army however has probably been arrested and will stand trial. I'm just wondering, if The Hague is where the international criminal court is, then I bet Republic City is the Avatar World Equivalent of The Hague. I think that is where Kuvira and all her remaining followers will be tried. I just wish the finale wou,d show a montage of Kuvira's followers being arrested to show the victory of the free world. </p>

<p>Most of Kuvira's actions aren't necessarily warcrimes, though the re-education camps strongly suggest it. She certainly committed treason against the Earth Kingdom however, which would be an internal Earth Kingdom matter and likely to be dealt with before an investigations into warcrimes would be completed and an indictment made. </p>

<p>Going back to Hiroshi, I think they should have introduced the idea of Asami receiving letters from him in book 3. Like as one reason for Asami wanting to leave RC for awhile to help out Team Avatar. </p>

<p>Now that i think about it </p><p>why did she leave Republic City in book 3? </p><p>I know Bryke wanted to set up KorraXAsami, but they could have used that as a valid reason for wanting to leave. plus Asami and Korra could have talked about it </p><p>but i guess 3 years in prison, caused Hiroshi to feel regret for his actions. still sucks that he died in 2 episodes </p>

The other reason is that only so many people can fit on an air bison so they had to think of a way to transport people and using a zepplin is the best bet. Plus, Asami didn't have to worry about the company at that moment so she didn't really need to stay? </p>

<p>You'd think her company would be in danger, since Varrick was revealed to be a criminal </p><p>when Hiroshi went to jail, her company was nearly bankrupt because no-one wanted to do business with Future Industries </p>
