<p>Well, there needs to be a villain for book 4, and Hiroshi Sato is the likely candidate.  I think he will escape jail and exact revenge on Korra for the Equalists' defeat.  Maybe he might try to take over the Earth Kingdom and fill the power vaccum, and then have his revenge on Team Avatar.   </p>

<p>Uh, as far as we've seen, Kuei and Hou-Ting were non-benders. </p><p>Anyway, I don't think that Hiroshi is gonna be the main antagonist for Book 4. Considering that it's likely to focus on the Fire Nation, I think that it's somebody with ties to an Ozai loyalist group or somebody who still has that Hundred-Year-War fascist ideology. At the very least, I'm pretty sure that it's somebody who has a grudge against the Fire Nation royal family and the Avatar. </p>

<p>Oh the things I would do to see the current Fire Lord. Anyhow, was it stated that Hiroshi would be playing a major role, or just that he'd be returning?? </p>

<p>Who says Hiroshi can't go to the Fire Nation and antagonize Korra there?  I think the series has had enough with evil firebenders and Ozai-Loyalists.  Hiroshi may as well find something in the Fire Nation that would help him get revenge against Korra.   </p>

<p>@irohnian </p><p>check out the book 4 news blog on the wiki's main page for the exact info about hiroshi... basically,  several months before b2, his VA just said that we'd see him again. no other details. </p><p>personally, i'm betting that he'll only make a quick cameo... bryke's not too keen on reusing villians in korra. </p>

<p>Wasn't there also some rumor about Basco doing a cameo in book 3? Anyways, yes, Bryke does like to 'throw away' villians after single book. </p>

<p>Well, I hope there could be non-bending villain who is like Taskmaster. This kind of villain would have photographic reflexes and be able to anticipate every one of the Avatar's move. Now that would be a real challenge. Amon was a bloodbender, and the chi blockers were kinda a joke. Now unlike chi blockers, a non bending villain with photographic reflexes would be able to learn Korra's moves and attacks very instantaneously, and be able to predict Korra's next attack. </p>

<p>I do hope Hiroshi's return signifies a non-bending villain. After Season 3 ended, I started wondering how Zaheer was the leader of the Red Lotus, but didn't have bending prior to Harmonic Convergence. There's definitely potential to set up a non-bending villian!! And it would work perfectly with the Book's title: Balance. Balance between the four nations, between spirit and humans, between benders and non-benders!! </p><p>But on a side note, I hope we don't end up seeing more of Hiroshi's mechas. I'd be more keen to see some close-combat stuff. </p>

I'm just glad Asami's character arc is done </p><p>maybe the comics, will show a non-bending villain and its quite a shame, how there was never true balance between benders and non-benders </p><p>also Republic City is soon going to expand, and the Earth Kingdom is now a republic. Baatar Jr and Kuvira are going to prison, i do wonder what happens to the rest of her army </p><p>so much stuff i want to see happen, if only we had more episodes </p>
