<p>@CatGirlBlizzard </p><p>I've gotta disagree with you on that, m'dear. I've seen a lot of girls.. A LOT OF GIRLS who, are definitely not what boys would generally consider "attractive" that have a lot of boys pining after them. I want to go into detail, but I think a lot of people would get offended here. One girl I knew in particular was pretty overweight, had bad acne, chipmunk teeth, a strong obsession with MLP, had a really high pitched voice, and when she would talk, she had to take several breaths in between because she would talk so fast. But she had at least 3 guys desperate to be with her, and I could never figure it out. She wasn't even a kind person! She was always cheating on her boyfriend and constantly would harass people for drugs.... She would always complain about her life on her FB wall... But again, this girl had lots of guys wanting her! So really, i'm pretty sure at some point, looks really don't matter to a majority of guys. </p>

<p>The world of people is so big, that literally every girl has someone that will like them someday. :") </p>

<p>Oddly enough, it is actually slightly less probable to have a girl than a boy, because the X chromosome is literally a lot heavier than the Y, relatively speaking, which slows the sperm down. </p><p>I could get into the fact that the same man can "like" multiple women, or that premature deaths tend to put the kibosh on romance aspirations.... </p>

<p>qin, lovely pun.... if you can call that a pun. </p><p>you bring up a lot of good points neo. although the actual mass of a chromosome is so insanely small, that it really doesn't have a notable effect on the speed of the sperm cell. also, in order for a sperm to penetrate the egg and merge nuclei to form a zygote, many many sperm are required to weaken the outer layer of the egg cell before one can break through. and by that time, it's a fairly equal chance of X and Y carrying sperm to get into the egg. </p><p>figures - only on a thread filled with avatards would you go from "damn, she's hot!" to "here's a mini-lecture on reproduction." </p>

<p>Disregard what I said, it was apparently based on outdated research. As usual, I blame the Bellefonte school system. However, they do swim using different motions, for some reason or another. </p>
